Propuesta de mejora enfocada a la optimización de los tiempos de ejecución de actividades en el área de compras del departamento de logística del Grupo Réditos

Abstract

Resumen: El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como propósito identificar los diferentes cuellos de botella en los tiempos de operación de actividades en el área de compras del departamento de logística del GRUPO RÉDITOS, para ello se realizó un diagnóstico inicial de las condiciones actuales en función de los tiempos de ejecución de las actividades del área de compras, así como la ejecución de un muestreo del trabajo que permitió especificar los tiempos de solicitud y entrega del producto teniendo en cuenta los resultados del diagnóstico previo , esto ayudo a la estandarización de los procesos del área de compras basados en los formatos de la ISO 9001, logrando a futuro una buena organización en la ejecución de actividades, mejorando el trabajo en equipo, la calidad en el servicio y en el producto, así como la imagen de la compañía, por el cumplimento en la entrega del bien o servicio.

Abstract: The objective of this research project was to identify the different bottlenecks in the operation times of the activities in the purchasing area of the GRUPO RÉDITOS logistics department, for which an initial diagnosis of the current conditions was made based on the the execution times of activities of the area, as well as the execution of a sampling of the work that allowed to specify the times of application and delivery of the product inconsideration of account the results of the previous diagnosis, this helped the standardization of the processes of the purchasing area based on ISO 9001 formats, achieving in the future a good organization in the execution of activities, improving teamwork, quality in the service and product, as well as the image of the company, for compliance in the delivery of the good or service .
