Propuesta de diseño para la recuperación de condensados en la planta de acabados de Fabricato

Abstract

Resumen: Este proyecto se refiere a la caracterización, análisis, toma de datos y propuesta final de diseño de las redes aéreas y subterráneas de recolección y transporte del condensado de vapor de las máquinas que posee la planta de acabados de Fabricato. Tiene como objeto, hacer un análisis previo de la red de condensados existente, para conocer su actual funcionamiento. Con ello, se llevan a cabo los cálculos, que permitirán sugerir mejoras en toda la red, e incluir en la misma, las nuevas máquinas que han ingresado a la planta durante los últimos años, a las cuales no se les recupera el condensado de vapor que es residuo en su proceso y que aún posee grandes cantidades de energía que se puede aprovechar en la generación de la misma. Se toman los datos de cada máquina, tanto las que pertenecen, como las que no pertenecen a la red de recuperación de condensados, lo cual es tema de nuestro estudio, lo anterior con el fin de conocer cómo cargan el sistema actualmente las máquinas que están conectadas y como afectarían al sistema de condensados las que no están conectadas.

Abstract: This project concerns the characterization, analysis, data collection and final implementation proposal of overhead and underground collection and transportation of steam condensate machines processing plant finishes Fabricato. It´s purpose, to make a preliminary analysis of the existing condensate net, for its current operation. This will carry out the calculations, which suggest improvements to the entire network, and include in it, the new machines which have entered the plant in recent years, which are not steam condensate recovered which is in the process residue and still has large amounts of energy which can be used in generating the same. The entries of each machine , both belonging , as they do not belong to the condensate recovery network , which is the subject of our study , the above in order to know how the system currently loaded machines are connected as would charge the condensate system that are not connected. Knowing the existing network and delivering loads each machine are relevant calculations lead to a design, which is delivered and suggested to the company, seeking to recover steam condensate plant efficiently finished with a minimal losses and allows more steam condensate collecting in future machines that are in operation on the ground , in case the company decides to execute. Also disclosed , based on data collected in the field and to collect the condensate calculations , the estimated cost savings , if at some point the company wants to carry out the proposal raised by the students in this study , which of be , leads to an environmental contribution , since the condensate disposal today do not recover, will drain systems and the creek that runs through the factory , which we believe prevent this from happening again , should be part of the contribution the ecosystem and the sustainable development of the company.
