| Resumen: | En este proyecto se pretende establecer la implementación de las metodologías de SMED,8D,HOSHIN KANRI, con el objetivo identificar las principales causas de desperdicio e implementar nuevos procedimientos donde se pueda reducir el desperdicio y se involucraran diferentes áreas de la compañía que antes no se habían tenido en cuenta y donde sus aportes serian esenciales el proceso de producción de la maquina MTF1 de Kimberly Clark Barbosa, donde se ha implementado la filosofía de lean manufacturing y se utilizan varias de sus herramientas, con parte de la investigación se propone intensificar algunas herramientas e incluir otras que nos pueden aportar nuevos conocimientos y mejoras durante el proceso donde se puedan obtener ahorros considerables en cotos por medio de la reducción del desperdicio, donde la realización de las tareas sean más efectivas y día a día se busque la mejor forma de realizar las tareas eficazmente y conseguir ser una maquina con mejores indicadores, indicándoles una posible solución por medio del proyecto planteado e implementando algunas de las herramientas que dimos a conocer durante el trabajo y donde obtuvimos resultados muy gratificantes que pueden contribuir a obtener el objetivo de desperdicio. |
| Abstract: | Abstract: This project aims to establish the implementation of the methodologies of SMED,8D,HOSHIN KANRI, in order to identify the main causes of Waste and implement new procedures where waste can be reduced and different areas of the company that previously had not been taken into account and where their contributions would be essential the production process of the machine MTF1 de Kimberly Clark Barbosa, where lean manufacturing philosophy has been implemented and several of its tools are used, with part of the research is proposed to intensify some tools include that can provide us with new knowledge and improvements during the process where considerable saving can be obtained in costs through waste reduction. Where the accomplishment of the tasks are more effective and every day we look for the best way to carry out the tasks efficiently and get to be a machine with better indicators, indicating a possible solution through the proposed project and implementing some of the tools we gave to know during the work and where we obtained very rewarding results that can contribute to obtain the objective of waste. |
