Abstract

Resumen: Procurar un ambiente laboral saludable en las empresas es un bien tanto para la empresa como para los trabajadores, para la empresa porque cumple con lo que establece la legislación colombiana en cuanto a salud ocupacional se refiere, y los trabajadores porque al contar con un ambiente laboral saludable disminuyen la exposición a los riesgos propios y otros que se puedan presentar, al tiempo que se disminuyen incidentes, accidentes laborales, enfermedades laborales y mejora su productividad de la empresa. Es viable que durante el proceso de implementar un ambiente de trabajo saludable se generen algunos costos que en el momento se pueden ver como gastos inoficiosos, pero una vez implementado los beneficios son infinitos para todos los involucrados. Más allá de la inversión económica que se debe realizar en las organizaciones para lograr un ambiente laboral sano, en ocasiones las barreras se encuentran en la mentalidad de las personas que integran las empresas, a la fecha donde se dispone de muchas herramientas para lograr ambientes de trabajo sanos que procuren bienestar a trabajadores, visitantes y personas interesadas, estas no se utilizan porque las empresas han enfocado su estrategia en otras prioridades como son generar dinero; no se puede negar que ganar dinero es el objetivo de toda empresa, pero para que esto sea constante debe pensarse en el bienestar de toda la organización. En el presente trabajo se realizaron diferentes actividades de seguridad industrial y salud en el trabajo que permitan concientizar a empleados y empleadores de la importancia de cada una de estas actividades para un ambiente laboral sano y que a su vez permita disminuir incidentes y accidentes de trabajo, enfermedades laborales e incapacidades en HELP ASISTENCIA DOMICILIARIA S.A.S.

Abstract: To try a labor healthy environment in the companies is a good both for the company and for the workers, for the company because it expires with what establishes the Colombian legislation as for occupational health it refers, and the workers because on having possessed a labor healthy environment there diminish the exhibition to the own risks and others that could appear, at the time that incidents, accidents at work, occupational diseases are diminished and improves his productivity of the company. It is viable that during the process of implementing an environment of healthy work generate some costs that in the moment can be seen as useless expenses, but once implemented the benefits are infinite for all the involved ones. Beyond the economic investment that it is necessary to to realize in the organizations to achieve a labor healthy environment, in occasions the barriers think in the mentality of the persons that they integrate the companies, to the date where it prepares of many tools to achieve healthy environments of work that try well-being to workers, visitors and interested persons, these are not in use because the companies have focused his strategy in other priorities since are to generate money; it is not possible to deny that to gain money is the aim of any company, but in order that this should be constant it must be thought about the well-being of the whole organization. In the present work there were realized different activities of industrial safety and health in the work that they allow concientizar to employees and employers of the importance of each one of these activities for a labor healthy environment and that in turn allows to diminish incidents and work accidents, occupational diseases and disabilities in HELP ASISTENCIA DOMICILIARIA S.A.S.
