Analisis de almacenamiento y propuesta de mejora para el inventario en IGB Motorcycle Parts S.A.S

Abstract

Resumen: El trabajo que se presenta es una propuesta que ayudara a aumentar la confiabilidad del inventario dentro del proceso logístico de la empresa, la cual presenta problemas en los inventarios de su CEDI, aplicando herramientas de calidad e ingeniería, que permitan obtener resultados positivos generando aumento de productividad y confiabilidad. La investigación realizada se presenta para resolver problemas de los inventarios en empresa del sector logístico, las cuales presentan problemas de novedades en sus inventarios y por lo cual su nivel de servicio se ve afectado, generando perdidas de mercado, mala reputación baja rentabilidad. Por lo tanto con la información recolectada se aplican varias herramientas las cuales permiten evaluar y obtener resultados dentro del proceso, los cuales sirvieron para aumentar la confiabilidad del inventario, mejorar el servicio y además garantizar la permanencia del activo de las compañías permitiendo alcanzar los objetivos de las mismas generando mayores ingresos, mejor tiempos de respuesta, además de mejorar el servicio con sus clientes, aumentando su participación en el mercado local.

Abstract: The work presented is a proposal that will help increase the reliability of the inventory within the logistics process of the company, which presents problems in the inventories of its CEDI, applying quality and engineering tools, which allow obtaining positive results generating an increase in productivity and reliability. The research carried out is presented to solve problems of inventories in the logistics sector, which present novelty problems in their inventories and for which their level of service is affected, generating market losses, poor reputation, low profitability. Therefore, with the collected information several tools are applied which allow to evaluate and obtain results within the process, which served to increase the reliability of the inventory, improve the service and also guarantee the permanence of the assets of the companies allowing to reach the objectives of they generate higher revenues, better response times, in addition to improving the service with their customers, increasing their participation in the local market.
