| Abstract: | Resumen: Con el fin de mejorar y adecuar correctamente el nuevo laboratorio de empaques del Instituto Tecnológico Pascual Bravo y su máquina horizontal recientemente donada por galletas Noel, se presenta la siguiente propuesta para implementar un sistema conocido en el mundo industrial como MANTENIMIENTO PRODUCTIVO TOTAL (TPM) centrándonos directamente en dos pilares realmente importantes para este laboratorio de acuerdo a su funcionamiento, estos dos pilares son el mantenimiento autónomo y el mejoramiento continuo, creando así una cultura de sostenibilidad de los equipos totalmente confiable, y seguro para el personal que habite este sitio, ya que este laboratorio es totalmente nuevo no posee manuales de funcionamiento, mantenimiento y seguridad, haciendo de este espacio inestable, y peligroso para la institución y su estudiantado, de manera que con la siguiente propuesta se busca es proponer una serie de herramientas didácticas relacionadas directamente con TPM para mejorar la calidad de vida y el funcionamiento de la maquinaria presente. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstracteng: | Abstract: In order to improve and adequate correctly the new packing laboratory of the Pascual Bravo Institute of Technology, and its horizontal machine recently donated by the company Noel biscuits, the following proposal is presented in order to implement a system known in the industrial world as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Focusing directly on two really important pillars for this laboratory and according to its operation. These two pillars are the autonomous maintenance and the continuous improvement, creating in what way a culture of sustainability of the equipment that is totally dependable and safe for the personal that inhabits this site, as this laboratory is completely new and it doesn’t have any operating manuals, making this place unstable and dangerous for the institution and its students. What’s pursued with this project is to propose a series of teaching tools related directly with TPM to enhance the quality of life and the operation of the present machine. |
