Abstract
Resumen: Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad que tienen las industrias de generar procesos con menos pérdidas y sin aumentos en los costos de producción, se han venido implementando procesos de colección de material particulado (colectores de polvo) que además de recuperar material valioso, cumple un importante papel en la mitigación de la contaminación ambiental.
Dadas estas condiciones se diseñó, calculó y fabricó un colector de polvo del tipo pulse-jet, este proceso consta de las siguientes etapas: Identificación de material a filtrar, cálculo de velocidad del aire a filtrar, selección de dimensiones estructurales del equipo, selección de mangas y canastillas, diseño de ductos de succión, elección y cálculo de sistemas de control de limpieza.
La fabricación se llevó a cabo siguiendo los estándares que han ido reglamentando las empresas según sus experiencias y normas ambientales.
Abstract: Keeping in the mind the need that industries have in generating processes whit fewer losses and avoiding increments in the cost of production, we have seen processes being implanted in which material gets collected such dust collectors and recovery methods to recover valuable material and help the important role of taking care of the environment. Giving these conditions, it has been designed, calculated and fabricated a dust collector type Jet-Pulse. This process consists of the following: Air speed calculation when filtering, choice of structural dimensions of the equipment, choice of sleeves and baskets, duct suction design, choice of cleaning control system. The manufacturing took place according to the standards that have been regulated by companies according to their experiences with environmental rules and laws.
