Propuesta para la implementación de un programa de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional en la Tejeduría de la Empresa Tennis S. A.

Abstract

Resumen: En este trabajo se evidenciara un problema que aún es frecuente en las empresas y se ve reflejado al trabajar en cualquier área de una empresa u organización, teniendo como referencia el recurso humano que es al que más afecta el mal manejo del tema a tratar. Este problema se enfoca en la falta de un programa de seguridad industrial y salud ocupación y a un desinterés por parte de la empresa, ya que es un tema que hoy en día es muy importante en las grandes y medianas empresas ya que nombra al trabajador o al recurso humano como la parte más importante de una compañía a los cuales se les debe conservar su integridad y su estado de ánimo. Lo que se pretende es que con este programa de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional se logre un buen ambiente laboral dentro de la planta tejedora de la empresa TENNIS SA para que de esta manera se reduzcan los riesgos y haya un espacio laboral más seguro.

Abstract: in this project will show a problem that is still frequent in companies and it s reflected when working in any area of a company or organization, having as reference the human resource that is the one that most affects the mismanagement of the subject to be treated. this problem focuses on the lack of an industrial safety and occupational health program and a lack of interest on the part of the company, since it is a subject that today is very important in the big and medium companies since it appoints to the worker or to the human resource as the most important part of a company to which they must retain their integrity and their state of mind. What is intended is with this program of industrial safety and occupational health will achieve a good working environment within the weaving plant of the company tennis a so that in this way reduce risks and have a safer work space.
