Abstract
Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal aumentar la participación estudiantil en los programas deportivos Intercolegiados del municipio de Copacabana, Antioquia, mediante la consolidación de disciplinas deportivas individuales y de conjunto. La iniciativa busca posicionar el deporte escolar como un eje estratégico para el bienestar físico, emocional y social de los estudiantes, promoviendo su desarrollo integral y fortaleciendo la identidad institucional y comunitaria. Claramente el alcance de este proyecto se alinea con las políticas públicas adoptados en los planes de desarrollo nacional, departamental y municipal, los cuales promueven los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas.
El presente documento desarrolla el planteamiento del problema, el marco de referencia, así como las fases de preparación, evaluación y programación del proyecto, siguiendo la estructura metodológica del enfoque de marco lógico establecido por la Metodología General Ajustada (MGA) del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP). Para su elaboración, se aplicaron las guías técnicas y el catálogo de productos definidos por dicha metodología, lo que permitió fortalecer y dar rigurosidad al objetivo del proyecto de grado que aquí se presenta.
Abstract This project aims to increase student participation in the Intercollegiate Sports Programs of the municipality of Copacabana, Antioquia, through the consolidation of individual and team sports disciplines. The initiative seeks to position school sports as a strategic pillar for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students, promoting their integral development and strengthening institutional and community identity. The scope of this project is clearly aligned with public policies adopted in the national, departmental, and municipal development plans, which support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. This document presents the problem statement, reference framework, and the phases of preparation, evaluation, and project planning, following the methodological structure of the Logical Framework Approach established by the General Adjusted Methodology (MGA) of the National Planning Department (DNP). For its development, the technical guidelines and the product catalog defined by this methodology were applied, allowing the objectives of this academic project to be strengthened and given methodological rigor.
