| Abstract: | Este proyecto está dirigido a la planta de producción de la empresa CONSTRUCCIONES MIL S.A.S, es una empresa metal-mecánica, dedicada a fabricar todo tipo de equipo en acero al carbón y acero inoxidable para la industria, está ubicada en la autopista norte KM 29 a la altura del municipio de Girardota – Antioquia, donde se presentan mejoras, utilizando diferentes herramientas de ingeniería para brindar la mejor propuesta para su distribución de planta. En la planta de producción se evidencian diferentes problemas de distribución y adecuación de algunos de sus equipos y máquinas, generando tiempos improductivos, recorridos excesivos de material y personal, demoras en tiempos de entrega y problemas de espacio, lo cual está generando un impacto negativo en las utilidades de la compañía. |
