| Abstract: | Una de las más grandes problemáticas encontradas en la planta de producción, está relacionada con la falta de medición de los procesos, para iniciar a obtener una breve referencia sobre los tiempos productivos e improductivos del área de confección, con el fin de buscar como termino final la estandarización de la referencia T-SHIRT básica para enfocar la maximización de los recursos, se procedió a realizar una medición de tiempos normales a cada una de las operaciones involucradas en la construcción de la prenda. |
