Programa para el control de producción, indicadores y rentabilidad en una empresa del sector textil confección utilizando Excel

Abstract

Resumen: El en transcurso de los tiempos las empresas siempre hacen lo posible por ser mejores, más competitivas y llamativas por un mercado cada vez más fuerte, más innovador y con más competidores día tras día. Cada empresa tiene su manera de realizar sus operaciones dentro de todo el proceso que esta lleva y la manera de cómo lo controla y toma las decisiones es un punto tan importante pero que en algunas no lo estiman y pueden llegar a cometer errores de gran tamaño. Pero en si controlar no es el hecho de ver que no hay problemas, sino más bien, mirar desde lo más profundo de sus procesos cuáles son sus resultados y no solo es dar un dato, sino es dar una información completa de como es el estado de su proceso, porque, cuanto estoy ganan o perdiendo con esto y al final poder decidir qué hacer para mejorarlo, esto es en sí un proceso que debe llevarse constantemente y que debe tener en cuenta que la base fundamental es la información.

Abstract: In this fast changing times organizations always have to do all the possible to be the best, the most competitive and to get attention of the different markets which are even more innovative and stronger every day. Every company has their own way to realize their operations needed and ways of control- Position making is a really important point which is ignored by some organizations which lead to big errors. As a matter of fact control is not about not having problems but to have a deeper look in the processes with their results, it is only about gathering data but also getting and giving complete information about the status quo of the process when gaining profit or having a lost, with this in the end, it will be able to decide what is best to improve, this is a process that should be elaborated constantly and should be based on the fundamental information.
