Conexión y curación : explorando el impacto del desarrollo tecnológico y la revolución del software en la terapia mental

Abstract

Este proyecto investiga cómo las innovaciones tecnológicas y la revolución del software pueden integrarse para ampliar y personalizar los tratamientos de salud mental. A través de una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, se identificaron diversas tecnologías emergentes que se consideran alternativas terapéuticas complementarias a la terapia tradicional, superando sus limitaciones. A través de un análisis cuantitativo, se realizaron encuestas a profesionales de la salud mental y a pacientes con trastornos mentales, con el fin de evaluar la percepción y efectividad de estas tecnologías. Aunque actualmente su integración tiene poca acogida, los resultados muestran una actitud favorable hacia su futura incorporación, destacando mejoras en accesibilidad y personalización. Como resultado de la monografía, se propone la creación de Mentalis, una plataforma digital y holística diseñada para fortalecer la salud mental de los pacientes. Mentalis ofrecerá características gratuitas y de pago (premium) para adaptarse a las necesidades individuales de cada usuario, eliminando barreras económicas y de accesibilidad.

-- Abstract This project investigates how technological innovations and the software revolution can be integrated to expand and personalize mental health treatments. Through exploratory and descriptive research, several emerging technologies were identified that are considered complementary therapeutic alternatives to traditional therapy, overcoming its limitations. Through quantitative analysis, surveys were conducted with mental health professionals and patients with mental disorders, in order to evaluate the perception and effectiveness of these technologies. Although their integration is currently poorly received, the results show a favorable attitude towards their future incorporation, highlighting improvements in accessibility and personalization. As a result of the monograph, the creation of Mentalis is proposed, a digital and holistic platform designed to strengthen the mental health of patients. Mentalis will offer free and paid (premium) features to adapt to the individual needs of each user, eliminating economic and accessibility barriers.
